Terms for Membership:

 

Potential Members Must Fill Out a Request for Membership Form

• To become a member, please fill out the request form on this website.

• Your request for membership will be reviewed within seven business days.

Rules and Code of Conduct:

• Compassion, politeness, honesty, and support for one another will always be required of our members and guests.

• Discussions on politics and religion must be held with the highest respect of each members’ opinions and beliefs.

Guests:

• Members will be permitted to invite one guest (caregiver, DSP, family member, or friend) to a planned event and/or meeting if they require travel and personal assistance.

Membership Fee:

• Membership is currently free, and members are encouraged to help by researching venues and activities or organizing events, day trips, and extended excursions.

Transportation:

• Members and guests are responsible for the cost and arranging their own transportation to and from events, meetings, etc.

Paying for Events and Social Gatherings:

• All members and guests are responsible for their own costs to attend events, outings, restaurants, entrance fees, etc.

• From time-to-time money will need to be collected upfront to comply with various policies of different establishments concerning large parties of over six people or more. Instructions will be given on how to pay for attending the event.
